Quality
Our Quality Policy is to deliver exactly what our customers need, when our customers need it. The quality systems and processes we have in place are part of our business-wide work towards continuous improvement. Currently we are on track for ISO 9001 certification in 2008.
Background
ABQ Manufacturing has been providing custom manufacturing products to over 500 unique customers in aerospace, architectural, military, medical, electronic, civic, food processing, commercial and artistic industries and fields over the past 13 years. Established in 1995 as Quality Powder Coating, the philosophy was that if we provide a high quality product, delivered on time, at a competitive price, people would seek us out. After many years of continually upgrading our equipment and improving our methods of operation, we look forward to further growth and expanded services for our customers.
Environment
Our responsibility to our planet is of great importance, so we maintain waste management programs. These include recycling of materials and waste reduction and monitoring. Our employees and our customers can feel good about our commitment to being responsible in everything we do.
History
ABQ Manufacturing, formerly Quality Powder Coating and Quality Waterjet, is a custom manufacturing enterprise. President and Founder Bruce Bell began a one-man powder coating operation in 1995, and with his quality workmanship, soon grew into a larger shop, offering more services over time.
Now with a staff of 12 and a 12,000 square foot shop floor, Bruce oversees a turn-key operation that includes CNC machining, waterjet cutting, powder coating, sandblasting, fabrication, and an assortment of other custom services.
